3次元動作分析によるかんな削り作業の検討 ―作業者の肩と肘の角度,かんな台の移動距離と移動速度の変化―

The shoulder angle and elbow angle that are displaced during planing work, and the movement
distance and the speed of hand plane were investigated, and verified the movements of the high-precision
and low-precision university students. The students planed the Japanese cypress square lumber and
photographed the work with two CCD cameras. The angle and distance of each part of the body were
analyzed by motion capture using 3D coordinate measurement software.
As a result, in the upper group with high processing accuracy, the opening angle of the left elbow and
the right elbow was smaller than that in the lower group, and a significant difference was observed. And
the opening angle of the left shoulder of the upper group showed a larger value than that of the lower
group, and a significant difference was observed. Regarding the movement distance of the hand plane,
the upper group showed a larger value than the lower group, and a significant difference was shown in
the comparison of the maximum value of the movement distance. The movement speed of the hand plane
in the upper group was about 1.7 times faster than that in the lower group, and a significant difference
was observed.
