The amusement robots are more required for people who live in a hard and stressful world. These robots give a peaceful life and contribute to mental health. SANSHIN is a fretless 3-strings musical instrument. This instrument came to Ryukyu (Old name of Okinawa island) from China more than 600years ago. The musical instruments, such as stringed and percussion instruments, are also very useful and necessary for Okinawan music and dance. Therefore SANSHIN is very much intertwined with Okinawan tradition, and SANSHIN gives Okinawan people a peace of mind and a comfortable feeling. We believe this kind of performance robot is also useful for young people, because it creates an interest in science and local culture.\nThis paper explains how to control the electromagnetic actuators and stepping motors of this system. We used Machine Language, because to make a precision machine expected exact time with clocklike is not suitable by the High Level Language. The development with Machine Language is complicated, but in this way we can control the Bachi(pick) with accuracy of the time 1[ms].
