There is a difficult problem, so called "the Vertical Conductor Problem" in current electrical engineering. On this problem, the author proposed a new theory and presented rather many papers. However, it is not acknoweledged as a useful theory because of the uncompleteness of the theory and the unconsistency with the experiments by the authors themselves. Now the controversies are clarified theoretically and experimentally. Moreover, it is clarified that the well known "Lorentz condition" sustaines Takahashi's theory strongly. Therefore, it is shown that Takahashi's theory is correct, and the long term problem will be solved soon.
