In this paper we have dealt with an anisotropic s-d exchange interaction and calculated physical quantities such as specific heat and resistivity using the Hamann's approximation, Since partial breakdown of the rotational symmetry arises in this system, we have introduced a special type of T -operation for matrices and utilized it to construct equations of the t's matrices which appear in the one-particle Green's function.
