It would be require the reconstruction of thoughts on sturctural changes of the economic system, constituted with many sections which include capitalist one. Enterprizing units in capitalist section has to perform efficiency and profitability, and then often to achieve more adiquate institutional or organizational structure for the sake of their performance. Consequently，the institutional characteristics of capitalist section has been changed historically and internationally. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the stage-specific character of capitalist section and the effect of it's institutional changes on the economic system，which is experiencing industrialization. For this purpose, I examined Uno,ｓ‘Stage-theory'，that is a work of exceptional importance, with selective survey of other theoretical and historical studies, Summarising of many considerations in this paper，come into two points.
