 note = {The local government of authority such as Naha city can enact the technical standard about the PDDS. The purpose of this study is to investigate the details of the technical standard of Naha city through comparing with one of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and to analyze the actual condition of 21 cases that were applied the PDDS. The technical standard of Naha city enacts some rules that are different from one of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
