Heart rate were recorded by heart rate monitor. Exercise intensity and energy expenditure were estimated by HR-V^^・o2 method during marathon running. The blood lactate accumulation were analyzed to determine anaerobic threshold (OBLA:4mmol).\\nThe results were as follows:\\n1) Mean maximum oxygen uptake of male was 43.9ml/kg・min and that of female was 48.0ml/kg・min.\\nAll subjects exceeded the desirable fitness level.\\n2) Oxygen uptake in the race was corresponded to 73.6% of V^^・o2max for male and 67.7% of V^^・o2max for female.
