This in turn has lead educators to put less emphasis on practical communication by means of writing. However, it is essential not only to learn Japanese structurally, but to acquire the ability to practically utilize this knowledge in order to enhance the capability to communicate by means of writing.\nMoreover. considering the current situation in which special education has shifted to special needs education and the fact that the significance of education at schools for hearing impairment is being in questioned. schools for hearing impaired are required to care for children with hearing impairment from pre-school to post school education. There are several skills required to ensure hearing impaired children integrate into society after graduation.
