In this sense, the movement was in attempt of Ryukyu ethnic salvation.\\nIncluded in this article are some of the petitions Which the Ryukyuan exiles had exhibited to Chinese goverment authorities. THe author investigated these petition's content and translated each of them from Chinese into Japanese, and further commented upon them with the historical background.
