Another copy is held at the British National Archives. There is a third copy at the library of Birmingham University, but it is incomplete.\n(Bettelheim's　portrait included), 修復後原本画像 : ベッテルハイムは、報告書を１部は自身の保存用とするため、当時は世に出て間もないカーボン紙に薄い敷写用紙を重ねた複写器に、鉄筆を用いて記した。琉球大学附属図書館が所蔵しているTop Copyは、劣化のため、表の文字は褪せて薄くなり、裏側の文字（逆像）が残っている特殊な状態である。, Original image after restoration : Bettelheim wrote this document on a ‘manifold writer’, an early carbon-copy, folded-flimsy- paper, and stylus system, thereby creating more than one copy, the top copy being kept for himself. What are held at the library of the University of the Ryukyus are top copies. Due to deterioration, the impression of the script in places has faded.
