 note = {In the present study the effect on the anti-SRBC antibody response in normal mice or mice that administrated with antitumor agents, mitomycin C (MMC) or cyclophosphamide (CY), has been investigated. CY was given intraperitoneally for 4 days at a does of 50 mg./kg b. w. and MMC was given intravenously for 4 days at a does 4 mg/b. w. After the administrations, spleen weight, anti-SRBC hemagglutination titer (HA) and plaque forming cell (PFC) assay were studied in these mice. Both CY and MMC, as expected, showed suppressive effects on spleen weight, HA titer in serum and PFC response in spleen., 紀要論文},
