Buera Flora","subitem_subject_language":"ja","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"CO_2 enrichment","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"PEP carboxylase","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_1617186626617":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では, ファレノプシスの生育, 生産を高めるために成長に直接関係のあるCO_2ガス交換に着目してその最適条件を決定し, さらに, 高炭酸ガスの影響についても解析し, CO_2施肥の問題点について検討した。得られた結果の概要は以下の通りである。1. ファレノプシスはそのCO_2吸収パターンからCAM植物であることがわかった。また, 明期においてCO_2吸収のほとんど見られないSuper-CAM型に属していた(図1,2)。気孔伝導度においても明らかにCAM型特有の日変化を示し, CO_2交換速度は気孔伝導度と密接に関係していた。2. ファレノプシスのCO_2交換速度は明/暗期温度が30/20℃, 30/25℃, 25/20℃の時, 光強度が15klx付近で飽和に達した(図3)。3. 明/暗期温度の組み合せによって1日の収支量にかなりの違いが認められ, 25/20℃において収支量は最大値を示した(図4)。4. CO_2濃度を上昇させると, CO_2交換速度は700ppmまでは増加傾向にあり, それ以上の濃度では変化はみられなかった。1日の収支量は主としてPhase1に依存していることがわかった(図5,6)。5. 350ppmから1,400ppmに変化させると葉内リンゴ酸含量も増加した(図7)。高CO_2濃度下では, 暗期ではPEPCase活性の増加が見られたが明期では逆に低下した(図8)。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Effects of elevated CO_2 on CO_2 gas exchange and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase activity in Phalaenopsis (Phalaenopsis Casablanca Moo×P. Buera Flora) were measured to get basic infomation on the CO_2 enrichment under green house conditions. Results obtained are summarized as follow; Phalaenopsis exhibited a super-CAM type CO_2 exchange pattern. The CO_2 exchange rate was saturated at 15klx under 30/20℃, 30/25℃, and 25/20℃ of light/dark leaf temperature conditions. The maximum CO_2 balance was obtained at 25/20℃ of light/dark leaf temperature. CO_2 exchange rate was saturated around 700ppm of CO_2 concentration. Total CO_2 balance was depend mainly on the balance in phase 1. Malate content and PEPCase activity in phase 1 were increased under elevated CO_2 concentration.
