University of the Ryukyus}, month = {Dec}, note = {車輪のけん引性能を明らかにする研究の一環として, 精度の高い実験が可能な土槽実験装置を用いて車輪走行実験を行った。本研究では, 車輪重量すなわち接地荷重の影響に注目し, 3水準の接地荷重を設定し, それぞれに対して一連のすべり率を与えた。その結果より, 最大けん引力, 平均けん引力, 最大トルク, 平均トルク, 沈下量, 走行抵抗など走行性を構成する力学量とすべり率および接地荷重の関係を分析した。接地荷重を大きくすると, 最大けん引力はいずれのすべり率でも大きくなるが, 平均けん引力は同様には増加しないことがわかった。これは接地荷重による沈下量の増加によって走行抵抗も大きくなることに起因し, その結果, けん引効率の低下を招く。けん引効率は本研究の実験条件の中ではすべり率14%が接地荷重の大きさにかかわらず最大であった。これと接地応力の最大値の発生角との関係について力学的な解釈を与え, けん引性能の一端を明かにできた。, A series of traveling test of a wheel was conducted by the use of a soil bin test apparatus which enable highly accurate experiments as a part of the study to make clear the tractive performances. Three levels of the wheel weight were chosen as test conditions with some levels of slip. Traction, torque, sinkage and traveling resistance composed of the traveling performances were discussed relating to the wheel weight and the slip. Although the maximum traction increased, the mean traction did not similarly change when the wheel weight increased. It is a cause that the traveling resistance increases accompanied with the wheel weight in consequence of sinkage of the wheel. As a result of such decrease of the mean traction, a tractive efficiency rapidly decreased more than 26% of slip. In this study, the values of tractive efficiency had a maximum one at 14% of slip in spite of the wheel weight and were almost same. The maximum values of the normal and tangential ground contact stresses took place slightly front position against to the vertical center line of the wheel. The angle of maximum stress increased with the increase of slip and had a minimum value at 14% of slip.
