University of the Ryukyus}, month = {Dec}, note = {沖縄県は亜熱帯地域に属し, 特に寒冷地域北海道からの導入乳牛は泌乳量において, 北海道における乳牛よりかなり少ない。本実験は北海道産導入乳牛と宮崎県産導入乳牛における生理諸元, 血液成分, 第1胃内液等の調査で, 両導入乳牛が沖縄県の亜熱帯性気候の気象環境に適応している状態を明らかにすることを目的として行った。亜熱帯地域沖縄県の各調査農家における乳牛舎の気温は9-18時に高く(30.8℃), 21-6時に低い値(28.2℃)であった。相対湿度は逆に9-18時に低く(78%), 21-6時に高い値(88%)であった。畜舎内の気動は3-12時に速く(3.2m/sec), 15-24時に低い値(2.0m/sec)であった。北海道産導入乳牛と宮崎県産導入乳牛において, 呼吸数及び心拍数はそれぞれ69回/分と63回/分, 及び83回/分と79回/分を示し, 北海道産導入乳牛の方がいずれにおいてもより高い傾向にあった。また, 北海道産導入乳牛は, 呼吸数と心拍数が15-21時に最も高く, 9-12時に最も低いという日内変動を示したが, 宮崎県産導入乳牛では明らかでなかった。直腸温は両導入乳牛において, 39℃以上の高い値にあった。また, 宮崎県産導入乳牛は18-21時に最も高く, 6-9時に最も低いという直腸温の日内変動を示したが, 北海道産導入乳牛では明らかでなかった。北海道産導入乳牛と宮崎県産導入乳牛における赤血球数, 白血球数, 赤沈速度(30分値, 1時間値, 2時間値, 24時間値), Ht値, Hb量, 総蛋白質量, 血糖値, FFA量, アルブミン量, 総コレステロール量, PBI量はそれぞれ正常範囲の値を示し, また, 両導入乳牛間のそれぞれの値に有意な差はなかった。第1胃内の総プロトゾア数, 貧毛類, 全毛類, VFA量, 酢酸量及プロピオン酸量は北海道導入乳牛が宮崎県産導入乳牛より高い値であった。また, 酪酸量のみは宮崎県産導入乳牛が北海道産導入乳牛より高い値であった。これらの結果は両導入乳牛が亜熱帯地域の沖縄県において主に体温恒常性の調節に適応反応が現われていることを示し, また両導入乳牛で適応反応に若干差異があることが示唆された。, There is only Okinawa Pref. of sub-tropical zone in Japan. It was considered that dairy cows adapted in Okinawa Pref. maintained their productions (milk, etc.) and health in sub-tropical zone, but were less little than dairy cows of Hokkaido in milk production. The experiment was planed to study physiological reponese, blood compositions and rumen protozoa and voltile fatty acid in both dairy cows moved from Hokkaido and Miyazaki Pref. Air temperature was high (30.8℃) at 9 : 00-19 : 00 and low (28.2℃) at 21 : 00-6 : 00 of barn tested in Okinawa pref. of sub-tropical zone. Relative humidity was low (78%) at 9 : 00-18 : 00 and high (88%) at 21 : 00-6 : 00. Air current was fast (3.2m/sec) at 3 : 00-12 : 00 and slow (2.0m/sec) at 15 : 00-24 : 00. Respirstory rate and heart rate were a tendency to increase more in dairy cow moved from Hokkaido than in dairy cow moved from Miyazaki Pref. respectively and these of dairy cow moved from Hokkaido have a circadian rhythms which have a highest value at 15 : 00-21 : 00 and lowest value at 9 : 00-12 : 00. Rectal temperature of both dairy cows moved from Hokkaido and Miyazaki Pref. showed a high rectal temperature (39℃ or more), but that of dairy cow moved from Miyazaki Pref. have a circadian rhythms which have highest value at 18 : 00-21 : 00 and a lowest value at 6 : 00-9 : 00. Erythrocyte, leucocyte, erythrocyte sedementation rate (30min, 1 hour, 2 hours and 24 hours values), haematocrit (packed cell volume), haemoglobin, protein, glucose, free fatty acid, albumin, cholesterol, protein-bound-iodine of both dairy cows moved from Hokaido and Miyazaki Pref. were normal range and were not different between both dairy cows significantly. Protozoa, isotrichidae, ophryos-codae, volltile fatty acid, acetic acid and propionic acid of rumen were higher in dairy cows moved from Hokkaido than in dairy cows moved from Miyazaki Pref.. Rumen butyric acid was higher in dairy cows moved from Miyazaki Pref. than in dairy cows moved from Hokkaido. Above mentioned, these results suggested that homeostasis of body temperature was an important role for dairy cows moved from both areas to adapt at subtropical zone-Okinawa Pre..
