Isunoki, Gajumaru, Kuwanohaenoki, Terihaboku, and Kobanmochi media were superior to the others on the examination of mycelial growth of LE. These wood materials, althouth the mycelial growth of these culture media is better than Itaji, were estimated to use as bed log of LE. Deigo, Akamegashiwa, Gajumaru, Kuwanohaenoki, and Taiwanhannoki media were superior to the others on the examination of mycelial growth of PO. Similarly, Deigo, Akamegashiwa, Gajumaru, Isuniki, and Akou media for FV, and Deigo, Akamegashiwa, Akou, Gajumaru, Hosobamukuinubiwa, and Ginnemu media for AP, were superior to the others respectively.
