No.430菌株の最適培養条件は, テンサイアラビナン(1%)及び硫酸アンモニウム(0.25%)を含む培地(pH9.0-10.0)で, 30℃, 18時間振とう培養を行なうことに設定された。本酵素は培地中のアラビナンによって誘導生成された。本酵素の反応最適pHは7.0,反応最適温度は40℃であった。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"The production of the enzyme hydrolyzing arabinan was investigated with 561 strains of microorganisms isolated from soils of sugar-cane fields in Okinawa. The highest production of the enzyme was found in the culture fluid of Bacillus sp. No.430. In order to find the medium conditions required for the improvement of the enzyme production by this strain, the organism was grown in the medium containing beet-pulp extract. The best enzyme production was obtained when the organism was grown in the medium (initial pH 9.0-10.0) containing beet arabinan (1.0%) and ammonium sulfate (0.25%) at 30℃ for 18 hr under aerobic conditions.
