 note = {1沖縄産甘蔗バガスの主成分はセルロース, アルカリ抽出物, ペントーザン, リグニンであった。圧搾法あるいは浸出法によるバガスにおいては, アルカリ抽出物の含有率は前者による方が後者によるそれに比べて高く, セルロース含有率は逆に後者による方が前者によるそれに比べて高いことがわかった。またペクチン質の含有率は圧搾法によるバガスの方が浸出法によるそれに比べて高かった。2セルロースを除いた甘蔗バガスの構成糖はラムノース, キシロース, アラビノース, グルコース, ガラクトースおよびガラクツロン酸から成り, キシロースが主成分であった。, Sugar cane bagasse was mainly composed of cellulose, pentosan and lignin. Bagasse produced by mill method contained more cellulose than that by diffusor method. The reverse was found for the pentosan. Bagasse-polysaccharide except for cellulose contained rhamnose, xylose, arabinose, glucose, galactose and galacturonic acid, of which xylose was the most abundant., 紀要論文},
