{"created":"2022-01-27T07:30:38.445619+00:00","id":2003320,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"ea6cda01-a1c7-4894-a5be-63c8087a7712"},"_deposit":{"id":"2003320","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2003320"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:u-ryukyu.repo.nii.ac.jp:02003320","sets":["1642837622505:1642837905044:1642837909579","1642838403551:1642838407312"]},"author_link":[],"item_1617186331708":{"attribute_name":"Title","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1551255647225":"沖縄の屠畜業者の性格 : 沖縄県 : 宮古群島・八重山群島における屠畜業者の実態分析(農学部)","subitem_1551255648112":"ja"},{"subitem_1551255647225":"The characteristics of Okinawa slaughterers : A fact analysis on slaughterers in Miyako Gunto and Yaeyama Gunto, Okinawa Prefecture (Department of Agriculture)","subitem_1551255648112":"en"}]},"item_1617186419668":{"attribute_name":"Creator","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"吉田, 茂","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yoshida, Shigeru","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1617186476635":{"attribute_name":"Access Rights","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522299639480":"open access","subitem_1600958577026":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2"}]},"item_1617186626617":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は沖縄における屠畜業者の実態を把握することであった。屠畜業者の全体像をとらえるという意味合いから, 沖縄県・宮古群島と八重山群島における全屠畜業者を対象として調査にあたった。本実態調査分析により調査地の屠畜業者の性格が種々浮き彫りにされたが, ここで結論的にそのうちの主要なるものを要約して掲げると次の通りである。1.屠畜業者は肉豚を主として取り扱い, 個人営業で, 経営規模が全般的に零細である。2.零細であるが故に少ない取引量からの収入を最大限にするために, 肉豚ならびに豚肉の全流通過程に介入し, しかも自己又は家族の労働力に頼らざるをえない。すなわち, 全流通過程の各段階から所得を少しでも吸収しようとして流通の各段階に自己又は家族の労働を投入する形を取らざるを得ない。それでもなお生計費をおぎなうのに不充分な場合には兼業をせざるを得ない。3.年令では40代が最も多く, 経験年数では10年以下の比較的経験年数の浅い屠畜業者が多い。これは他の職業から転換した者が多いためである。屠畜業に入る前の職業として最も多いのは農業である。4.自分の代になってはじめて屠畜業に入った者が大部分を占めている。5.肉豚の仕入地域, 仕入農家はだいたい固定している。1つの農家と多数の屠畜業者が取引をしているのが一般的であるが, 屠畜業者の中に特に農家との結びつきの強い業者がいて, 取引に際してはこの業者が優先権を有する。6.屠畜業の経験が長ければ長いほど固定した取引農家をより多くかかえている。7.肉豚の取引において, 計量する慣習のある八重山群島では代金決済は後払が多く, 目測による慣習のある宮古群島では現金払を主体としている。肉豚生産構造の変化ならびに豚肉消費構造の変化, さらには復帰にともなう諸制度の沖縄への適用によって, 現在行なわれている屠畜業者を中心とした沖縄の肉豚ならびに豚肉の流通機構はしだいに変化していくものと思われる。筆者は他の関連した論文で, 沖縄における肉豚および豚肉流通の合理化の阻碍要因の1つとして屠畜業者の存在を指摘し, 屠畜業者数の削減が流通合理化に結びつくことを主張した。今後の課題として, 社会・経済的な負担を最少限におさえ, しかも現屠畜業者の犠牲を最大限にカバーし, なお流通合理化が達成されうるような方法での屠畜業者の削減方法を具体的に研究していきたい。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"The functions of the hog and pork marketing are divided into four general classifications : 1) the buying of hogs, 2) the transportation of hogs, 3) the slaughtering of hogs, followed by the dressing of the meat, and 4) the distribution of the meat and operating retail store. Slaughterers in Okinawa play an important role in the hog and pork marketing-both in terms of the quantity they handle and in terms of the functions they perform. Most of the slaughterers perform parts of each of the several functions. The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics of slaughterers both in Miyako Gunto and in Yaeyama Gunto. The following are some of the characteristics of the slaughterers found out in this fact-analysis : 1) Hog is the most important livestock for the slaughterers both in Miyako Gunto and in Yaeyama Gunto. 2) Slaughterers' business operations are generally small in size. 3) Since their business operations are small in size, they perform most or all of the marketing functions between the producer and the consumer, and exert themselves to increase the total income from the marketing process. 4) Most of the slaughterers are in their forties, and their business experiences as a slaughterer are generally short. 5) Areas and hog farms where a certain slaughterer buys hogs are usually fixed. As the length of experience in slaughter business becomes longer, the more fixed hog farms the slaughterer has. In order to rationalize the present hog and pork marketing system in both areas, the elimination of the slaughterers presently operated in the areas is the most important thing among others. However, how to eliminate them is a very difficult problem.
