Change in total protein (Fig. 1-1 and 1-2) The total protein showed the lowest level at 0-1 age group and increased rapidly at 6-10 leaching values found in the adults. The content rose furthermore at the age of puberty or 16-20 with the highest level and kept this level until 31-35 years old. At 36-40 age group, the level started to decrease and thereafter kept a value close to the average with repeated periodic phenomena of up and down. 2. Change in albumin (Fig. 1-1 and 1-2) The variation pattern in the amount of albumin was very similar to that of total protein and the value increased characteristically showing a periodic rhythm as the age group steped up. 3. Change in α-globulin (Fig. 2 and 3) The content of α-globulin fractuated throughout all age groups and gave a cyclic rhythm. The characteristical phenomenon was that the value was the highest at 0-2 age groups and continued to decrease prominently from 3 to 30 age groups. 4. Change in β-globulin (Fig. 5) This fraction presented a relatively slow and long cyclic hanges with no significant differnences due to age groups. 5. Change in γ-globulin (Fig. 6) Age group of 0-1 gave the highest content and the value approached those of adults showing rapid increase at 11-15 age group. However, the content rose slowly at 16-20 and reached the highest value at 26-30. Thereafter, it changed slightly being close to the avearge except the highest one at the group of more than 80 years old. 6. Change in total globulin (Fig. 1-1 and 1-2) At 0 to 5 years old, the total globulin content resulted in a similar trend with those of total protein and albumin whereas after group of 6-10 it showed a adverse relation. On the other hand, this value was consistently incompatible with A/G ratio. 7. Change in A/G ratio (Fig. 1-1 and 1-2) At age groups of 0-1 and 21-35,the ratio was the highest and lowest at groups of 6-10,36-55,and 66-80.","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"今回は, 健康男子0∿80才以上の1,341名に関する血清蛋白質の漏紙電気泳動法による分析成績を17段階の年齢層に分け, 各年齢層の平均値をA/G比1.00以上(57.8%)表1とA/G比1.00以下(42.2%)表2にまとめた。1.総蛋白量の変動(表1& acd;2,図1-1,2)総蛋白は0才における最低値の段階より急激に上昇し, 6∿10才の学童期に成人値に達し, 以後さらに上昇し, 性成熟期の16∿20才期に最高値を示し, 31∿35才期までは高い値を維持し, 36∿40才期より除々に減少し低値を示し, 51∿55才期で再びやや上昇し, 56∿60才期で再びやや減少し, 61∿65才期には低値に達し, 以後は平均値に近い低値を維持している。以上のように総蛋白は, 0才の低値の段階より上昇の段階, 高値維持の段階と下降の段階, 低値維持の段階と「上昇」「下降」の矛盾を包含しながら, リズムを形成し, 周期的発展を繰り返し, 統一的な変動を示している。2.Albumin値の変動(表1∿2,図1-1,2)Albuminの発展過程も総蛋白のそれと非常によく類似した段階的リズムを形成して変動していることが特徴である。3.α-globulin値の変動(表1∿2,図2)0& acd;80才以上の年齢層において周期的なリズムを形成しながら変動している。その量的変動の特徴は, 0∿2才の乳幼児期に最高値を示すことと3∿30才まで激減を示すことである。またA/G比1.00以下の群における本分画の変動は, A/G比1.00以上の群のそれとはやや変った形のリズムを示している。4.β-globulin値の変動(表1∿2,図5)本分画は比較的ゆるやかな長期的(25∿30年)の周期をもって変動している。年齢的には大きな差異はない。またA/G比1.00以下の群は同 1.00以上の群よりは量的に大きいが, それぞれの変動はよく類似している。5.γ-globulin値の変動(表1∿2,図6)出生後1年以内で最低値を示し, 以後は急速に増加し, 11∿15才期で成人値に近くなり, 16∿20才期以後はややゆるやかな上昇を示しながら高い値へ発展し, 26∿30才期で最高値に達し, 以後平均値に近い段階でゆるやかな変動を示し, 80才以上で再び最高値に達している。A/G比1.00以上群と同1.00以下の群は非常に類似したリズムを形成しながら周期的に変動しているが, 量的には後者の方が一貫して高い値を示している。6.総globulin値の変動(表1∿2,図1-1,2)0才より3& acd;5才期までは, 総蛋白, Albuminの変動と同じ傾向を示しているが, 6∿10才以後は逆の変動傾向を示している。またA/G比の変動とは一貫して逆の傾向を示している。7.A/G比の変動(表1& acd;2,図1-1,2)図1-1に示すように, 0才の若年層と21∿35才期に於いて最高値を示し, 6∿10才, 36∿55才, 66∿80才以上の年齢層で低値を示している。すなわち, 0才より下降と上昇の周期的なリズムを形成しながら年齢の長ずるにしたがい漸減する。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"紀要論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1617186643794":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522300295150":"ja","subitem_1522300316516":"琉球大学農学部"}]},"item_1617186702042":{"attribute_name":"Language","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1551255818386":"jpn"}]},"item_1617186783814":{"attribute_name":"Identifier","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_type":"HDL","subitem_identifier_uri":"http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12000/4385"}]},"item_1617186920753":{"attribute_name":"Source Identifier","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522646500366":"ISSN","subitem_1522646572813":"0370-4246"},{"subitem_1522646500366":"NCID","subitem_1522646572813":"AN00250548"}]},"item_1617186941041":{"attribute_name":"Source Title","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522650068558":"ja","subitem_1522650091861":"琉球大学農学部学術報告"},{"subitem_1522650068558":"en","subitem_1522650091861":"The Science Bulletin of the Faculty of Agriculture.
