{"created":"2022-01-27T07:32:20.206311+00:00","id":2003378,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"4759e4ea-3c9f-4a32-881d-bc0fad2ae3c7"},"_deposit":{"id":"2003378","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2003378"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:u-ryukyu.repo.nii.ac.jp:02003378","sets":["1642837622505:1642837905044:1642837909137","1642838403551:1642838407312"]},"author_link":[],"item_1617186331708":{"attribute_name":"Title","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1551255647225":"第 II 報 女子の個体成長過程における血清蛋白質の変動について(動物の成長および発育の生理に関する研究)(畜産学科)","subitem_1551255648112":"ja"},{"subitem_1551255647225":"II Changes in the serum protein fractions during the growth of women (Study on the physiological growth and development of Mammalia) (Department of Animal Husbandry)","subitem_1551255648112":"en"}]},"item_1617186419668":{"attribute_name":"Creator","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"山川, 宗儀","creatorNameLang":"ja"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamakawa, Munenori","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1617186476635":{"attribute_name":"Access Rights","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522299639480":"open access","subitem_1600958577026":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2"}]},"item_1617186626617":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"今回は, 健康女子0∿80才の540名に関する血清蛋白質について, 漏紙電気泳動法による分析をおこなった結果を16段階の年齢層に分け, 各年齢層の平均値をA/G比1.00以上(60.7%)表1と同1.00以下(39.3%)表2にまとめた。1.総蛋白量の変動(表1∿ 2,図1-1)総蛋白は0才における最低値の段階より急速に上昇し, 3∿5才の幼児期に成人値に達し, 以後さらに上昇し, 性成熟期の16∿20才期に最高値に接近し, 31∿35才期に最高値に達し, 以後除々に減少し, 51∿55才期まで, 平均値よりやや高い値を維持し, 以後は減少の傾向を示している。総蛋白の男女間の差異は, 全平均値においてはなく, ともに7.64g/dlであった。またその生涯の変動傾向についても, 若年期に低く, 学童, 青年, 31∿35才頃までは高く, 以後減少の傾向にあることもよく類似している。ただし, 6∿10才期では, 女子は低下しているが男子では上昇している。また女性では36∿55才までは全平均値よりやや高い値を維持しているが, 男性では36∿50才までは全平均値よりやや低い値を維持し, 51∿55才に再び平均値に達している点では相互に差異がある。2.Albumin値の変動(表1∿2,図1-1) Albuminの発展過程も総蛋白のそれと類似したリズム的な変動傾向を示している。すなわち21∿25才の青年期を頂点に6& acd;45才の間にピラミット型の変動曲線を示しているのが特徴である。3.α-globulinの変動(表1∿2,図3-1,図3- 2)0∿80才の年齢層において周期的なリズムを形成しながら漸増の傾向を示している。その量的変動の特徴は, 0∿2才の乳幼児期に最高値を示し, 6∿30才まで減少を続けていることである。4.β-globulin値の変動(表1∿2,図4)β-globulin は, 0才に低く, 1∿2才の乳幼児期に上昇し, 3∿5才の幼児期に下降し, 6∿10才の児童期で再び上昇し, 11∿15才の少女期に最高値に達し, 16∿20才の性成熟期で再び下降し, 21∿30才までは全平均値以下になり, 以後は比較的短い上下周期を繰り返へしながら56∿60才の中老期よりさらに低下の傾向を示している。5.γ-globulin値の変動 (表1∿2,図5)γ-globulinは, 0才で最低値を示し, 以後急増し, 6∿10才の児童でほぼ成人値に達し, 16∿20才の性成熟期で全平均値を越え, 26∿30才期に最高値に近くなり, 31∿35才期に全平均値以下に下降し, 36∿55才頃までは平均値を維持し, 56∿65才の中老期に至り最高値を示している。すなわち0才より老人へ向って周期的なリズムを形成しながら漸増傾向を示している。6. 総globulin値の変動(表1∿2,図1-1)総globulinは0才より1∿2才までは総蛋白, Albuminの変動とやや同じ傾向を示しているが, 3∿5才以後は逆の傾向を示している。またA/G比の変動とは一貫して逆の傾向を示している。7.A/G比の変動(表1& acd;2,図1-1)A/G比は0才より下降と上昇の周期的なリズムを形成しながら年齢の長ずるにしたがい漸減する。また女子A/G比の特徴は 16∿40才の25年間は, 高い値を維持していることであり, この現象はAlbuminおよび総蛋白のそれと一致している。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"In the present study, serum protein obtained from 540 healthy women of from 0 to 80 years old was fractionated by using a paper electrophoretic analysis. The average values with A/G ratio over 1.00 (60.7%) and under 1.00 (39.3%) at each age group are given in Tables 1 and 2,respectively. 1. Change in total protein (Fig. 1-1) Total protein level, being the lowest at 0-1 age group, increased rapidly and reached the values found in adults at 3-5 years old. The value rose up furtheremore approaching the highest level at the age of puberty or 16-20 years old and showed the highest content at 31-35 age group. Thereafter, it gradually decreased keeping a slightly higher value than the average at 51-55 and then decreased again. 2. Change in albumin (Fig. 1-1) The variation pattern of albumin was similar to total protein and fractuated forming a periodic rhythm; at 6-45 age groups, the pattern presented a pyramidal alteration curve with the highest value at 21-25 age group. 3. Change in α-globulin (Fig. 3 and 4) Throughout all age groups, trend of gradual increase with a formation of cyclic rhythm was found. The characteristic of quantitative variation in this criterion was that the level was the highest at 0-1 and continued to decrease from 6 to 30 years old. 4. Change in β-globulin (Fig. 5) The value of β-globulin was low at 0-1,increased at 1-2,decreased at 3-5,increased again at 6-10,reached the highest level at 11-15,declined again at age of puberty or 16-20,became less than the average at 21-31,showed relatively short cyclic fractuation and after 50-60 gave a tendency of reduction. 5. Change in γ-globulin (Fig. 6) Gammer-globulin content presented the lowest value at less than one year old, rapid increase and adult values at 6-10,higher value than the average at 16-20,an approach to the highest level at 26-30,a figure less than the average at 31-35,maintenance of the average at 36-55 and the highest level at midle age or 56-65. In other words, there was a tendency of gradual increase in the content with a periodic rhythm formation. 6. Change in total globulin (Fig. 1-1) There was somewhat similar trend in this value with those of total protein and albumin at 0-2 while after 3-5 age group a reversed relation was observed. On the contrary, the value consistently gave a aptitude of inversed relation compared with A/G ratio. 7. Change in A/G ratio (Fig. 1-1) This ratio gradually decreased as age rose up with a repeated cyclic rhythm of fractuation. It was characteristic of A/G ratio in women that high level was maintained for a period of 25 years or from 16 to 40 age groups.
