The α-, and β-lipoprotein from serum of the starved chickens were detected by paper electrophoresis. Total lipids and free fatty acids of starved chicken serum were decreased, while proteins, total cholesterol phospholipids and triglycerids were increased, compared to that of-fed chicken.
