The main circuit is the simple construction so that is low cost and is few abnormal surge, and is superior in ability of economy, reliability and maintenance. Conventionally, most of all system damping resistors have adopted the paralleled resistor, whereas the series resistor is used little.\\nIn this paper, we investigate the characteristics of the series resistor by comparing with the paralleled resistor.
