It is found that the critical temperatures Tc of the specimens sintered in air are independent on the forming pressure but dependent on the lattice constant c. The lattice constants a and b are very stable under any preparated condition. And it is found by micrograph observation that the YBa_2Cu_3O_<7-x> specimen include many piller shaped single crystals is the high Tc (> 90 K) superconductor. Discussions are also given for the annealing treatment to the poor superconducting samples., 紀要論文}, pages = {21--30}, title = {Y-Ba-Cu-O系高温超伝導体の電気的特性の格子定数および成形圧依存性}, year = {1989} }
