Communications Technology)を21世紀の持続的発展の原動力と位置づけ、それを推進した政策がe-Japan戦略である。さらに2010年までには全国にブロードパンドとユビキタス環境を整備し、情報通信技術の利括用で世界のフロントランナーを目指すu-Japan政策が展開されている。沖縄では、1998年に発表された「沖縄マルチメディアアイランド構想」が、2000年に開催されたG8九州沖縄サミットで採\\n択された沖縄IT憲章に後押しされ、IT関連企業の誘致と集積が進められている。\\nしかしながら、それがコールセンターに偏っていることから、今後の政策の見直しが迫られている。\\n　本稿では、これら情報通信政策を整理し、政策が情報通信技術の普及と啓蒙に果たした役割を明確にし、今後の課題を検討している。また、グローバリゼーションと情報通信技術の急速な進歩により、とりわけビジネスにおけるモジュール化が加速され、また、世界や社会がフラット化しつつある現象が指摘されている。ウェブ自体の進化も、Web2.0という用語に代表されるように、大きな質的変化を遂げて\\nいる。\\n　このような現実を政策に反映するには、情報通信技術へのアクセスが機会を生み出すというデジタル・オポチュニティという考え方よりも、ウェブヘのアクセスと、ウェブとリアル世界のコラボレーションが創造の機会を増幅するという、ウェブ・\\nオポチュニティという概念が望ましいのではないだろうか。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"紀要論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1617186643794":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522300295150":"ja","subitem_1522300316516":"琉球大学法文学部"},{"subitem_1522300295150":"en","subitem_1522300316516":"Faculty
