 note = {科研費番号: 10610270, 平成10年度～平成11年度科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C)(2))研究成果報告書 / 当該研究期間中に、以下の5つの知見が得られた。\n(1)「リフレッシュ教育」とは、一般には、「職業人を対象として、職業上の知識・技術の新たな習得やリフレッシュのために、大学院などの高等教育機関において行う教育」である。\n(2)沖縄県におけるリフレッシュ教育の現状は、学習自体の重要性は認識されながらも、「働きながら学ぶ」という行為が思うようには実現していないといったところである。\n(3) 上記のような状況である理由としては、第一に、学習を積極的に展開するための企業内・社会制度が整備されていないこと、すなわち、送り出し側の条件の未成熟であり、第二に、受け入れ側の大学(ここでは琉球大学)に、社会の学習ニーズに対応した内容・方法の学習環境が十分用意されていないということである。\n(4) 琉球大学におけるリフレッシュ教育はある程度の成果をあげている。例えば、「大学院入学前有職」群、つまりリフレッシュ教育の対象となる群で、他の群に比べて、教育に対する満足度はもっとも高いし、しっかりとした目的を持って、自ら進んで入学くるという意思の強さ、学習意欲がうかがえるし、高い能力を身につけてたと自己評価している。\n(5)大学院での学習体験から、社会人が大学院教育を有意義に受けるために、どのような問題があるか質問したところ、「大学院制度のあり方」「教員のあり方」「施設・設備」「学習支援体制」「教育内容・方法の検討」「授業開講のあり方」「進学に際しての学生側の問題」「単位互換制度」「職業を続けながら就学が困難」「時間の問題」「金銭の問題」「職場の問題」の12種類の問題点が指摘された。, We found the next five knowledge through this research.\n1. The Refresh Education has several meanings. So, in this research, we defines it as the education that refresh the workers' knowledge and skills in higher education institutions.\n2. The workers of Okinawa Prefecture understand the importance of the refresh education, but there are a few adult learners in the higher education institutions really.\n3. There are two reasons of conditions mentioned above. Fist reason is that the employments aren't willing to support the workers to study in the higher education institutions. Second reason is that there aren't the good learning environments for adult learners in the higher education institutions.\n4. But, the adult learners who studied in the higher education institutions, have the strong will to learn and satisfied with the learning environments.\n5.
