In the present paper we propose a new digital video watermarking scheme based on Principal Component Analysis. We detect the video shots based on informational content, and color similarities; we extract the key frames of each shot and each keyframe is composed of three color channels, and our proposed algorithm allows us to embed a watermark in the three color channels RGB of an input video file.
