12871024","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"平成12年度～平成14年度科学研究費補助金(萌芽的研究)研究成果報告書","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"沖縄に暮らすアメラジアンの就学状況について、(1)沖縄県教育委員会が実施した実態調査の分析、(2)アメラジアンの子どもを持つ保護者の教育ニーズや進路に関する意識、(3)就学状況と密接な関係にある生活条件をめぐる現状、という観点を中心にした考察をおこなった。本研究により明らかとなったのは、(1)については就学先不明者が多数である事実からも明らかなように、アメラジアンの教育権保障はなお十分とはいえず、今後も行政機関をふくめた継続的なサポートが必要とされていること、(2)については、「民間の教育施設」として認定されているアメラジアン・スクールがたいせつにしている多文化的教育の意義を積極的に評価すると同時に、こうした教育ニーズを持つ子供たちの進路保障に向けて教育環境を改善していく必要があること、また(3)については、主として父親と離別後の子どもの養育環境を改善していくための法的・制度的な整備がもとめられていることなどの点である。本研究では、以上についての実証的な検討をおこなったが、さらに、沖縄と同様に米軍基地がある韓国・東豆川市のアメラジアン・クリスチャン・アカデミーを訪れ、アメラジアンの子どもたちの実態や教育ニーズ、進路保障をめぐる諸課題等についての比較調査をおこなった。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"アメラジアン（「国際児」）の就学状況について
