本年度は長鎖ジアミン1,11-Diamino-3,9-dimethyl-3,9-diazo-6-oxaundecane(DAUD)とジアルデヒド体2,6-ジホルミル-4-メチルフェノール(DFMP)の組み合わせから、合成条件の違いによりサイズの異なる環状錯体が得られることを見いだし、その可逆的な環状骨格変換について研究を展開した。\\n1:DAUDとDFMPの等モルシッフ塩基反応は、i)テンプレートコアに用いる金属イオン、 ii)カウンターイオンの配位性・非配位性、の違いにより金属核数と環サイズの異なる環状配位子多核錯体を与える事がわかった。Mn (II)イオンをテンプレートコアに用いた場合、Mn(CH_3COO)_2から出発すると[6+6]環化反応が進行し、酢酸イオンが配位に関与した巨大 12核環状錯体(錯体A)を与えるが、同じ酢酸塩でもCo (II)、Ni (II)、Zn (II)をメタルソースに用いるとbis (μ-phenoxo)bis(μ-acetato)架橋タイプの環状四核錯体を与える事がわかった。Mn(SCN)_2を用いると[1+1]環化反応が進行し、SCNが配位した小環型の単核錯体(錯体B)を与える。非配位性のカウンターイオンの塩Mn (ClO_4)_2を用いると[2+2]環化反応が進行し、二核錯体(錯体C)を与えることも確認した。これらの錯体構造はESI-mass法とX線結晶構造解析により同定した。マンガン錯体の磁性はいずれも反強磁性的な挙動を示した。\\n2:錯体Aに過剰のDAUDとDFMPを加え、含水アセトニトリル中でリフラックスすると錯体Cに変化し、また錯体Cに過剰のMn
