Three groups (each of four individuals) of mongoose inoculated by the different ways which in subcutaneous on their back, intradermal on their back, or in the crural muscle, respectively, and another three groups of mongoose inoculated with undiluted plague vaccine, diluted one at 1:10, or 1:10 with freund's adjuvant, respectively were compared. As the result, the group of mongoose inoculated in intradermal was found to increase of anti-plague antibody titer, and inoculated in diluted at 1:10 with adjuvant was found to higbIy increase of anti-plague antibody titer.
