Since purposes of the incorporation were to enhance independence and autonomy of those university organizations, the presidents and their top management leaders must have been satisfied with the progress toward those directions for past few years. But it seems not to have had so much influence on those university teachers and officials in spite of the fact that they are both essential human resources in university organizations. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reason for those teachers' being unchanged in light of university teachers' profession model. An ultimate propose of the incorporation of universities can never be achieved without integration of each teachers' objectives toward the corporation's purpose and success in motivating each teacher's behavior toward their objectives.
