 note = {This paper focuses on two issues of world manufacturing industries. One is the Employment fluctuation, or in the words, demand-supply balance of labour force. Another is the demand-supply balance of their outputs. To analyze the relation of those two balances, I used the \ninternational comparative data, OECD's STAN Database and UNIDO's Industrial Demand-Supply Balance Database.
