After summarizing the propagation characteristics of ground waves, Barrick's formulae for the first and second order backscattering are described. Using the scattering formulae, methods to extract sea-surface information such as current and waveheight are explained. But an ocean current can not be sometimes observed in by the noise. In this paper, we solve the problem by using four rules based on doppler spectra., 紀要論文}, pages = {95--98}, title = {海洋レーダーにおけるドップラースペクトルのピーク検出に関する基礎研究}, year = {2000} }
