18580238","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"平成18年度~平成19年度科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C))研究成果報告書","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"研究概要:(平成19年度時点)全国47都道府県の教育委員会・農政部局・学校給食会及び人口5万人以上都市の教育委員会を対象として昨年度に実施したアンケート調査の結果を分析した。その結果、1.ほとんどの都道府県が地産地消型学校給食を推進する事業・施策を実施しており、地産地消推進計画や食育推進計画にもそれを明確に位置づけていること、2.都道府県学校給食会でもそのほとんどが県産米や地場産物を使用した加工・冷凍食品を取り扱うようになっていること、3.人口5万人以上都市では単独調理方式と共同調理方式を併用する自治体が増加しているが、生鮮品の食材購入は単独購入方式が多く、約9割の自治体が市内産野菜を使用するなど地場産物の使用が伸展していること等々を明らかにした。また、先進事例分析として「共同購入+共同調理方式」の北海道帯広市、「単独・共同購入併用+単独・共同調理併用方式」の群馬県高崎市、「単独購入+単独調理方式」の大阪府寝屋川市・和泉市、「単独購入+共同調理方式」の沖縄県名護市及び県学校給食会を中心に地産地消型学校給食の推進に取り組む埼玉県を対象に実態調査を実施し、地産地消型学校給食の推進に向けた取組の内容ならびに関係主体の連携と役割分担のあり方について解明した。さらに、地元農産物を学校給食に導入している高崎市内小学校4校の5~6年生児童(約500人)及びその保護者(約500人)に対してアンケート調査を実施し、地産地消型学校給食が食生活に及ぼす効果(農業、食に関連する知識量など)について明らかにした。また、児童自身が野菜を栽培し、収穫物の一部を学校給食の食材として活用している大阪府寝屋川市の小学校を対象に、その食育効果についてアンケート調査及び児童作文をデータとしたテキストマイニングによって解明した。その結果、近隣の農業者による施設栽培(生産物)への驚きと尊敬、自分の収穫物を給食や家庭に供することへの自尊感情や達成感などの効果が見いだされた。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"研究報告書","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1617186643794":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522300295150":"ja","subitem_1522300316516":"内藤重之"}]},"item_1617186702042":{"attribute_name":"Language","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1551255818386":"jpn"}]},"item_1617186783814":{"attribute_name":"Identifier","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_type":"HDL","subitem_identifier_uri":"http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12000/16208"}]},"item_1617186920753":{"attribute_name":"Source
