18580189","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"平成18年度～平成19年度科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C))研究成果報告書","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"研究概要：(平成19年度時点)本研究は潮汐と生物時計がサンゴ礁棲ベラ類ミツボシキュウセンの産卵周期に及ぼす影響を調べることを目的としている。本年度は沖縄本島北部のサンゴ礁でミツボシキュウセンを潮汐にあわせて採集して生殖腺体指数(GSI)、卵巣組織像、及び卵巣におけるステロイドホルモン産生(17α,20β,21- trihydroxy-4-pregnen-3-one;20β-S)の変化をそれぞれ調べた。また本種の夜間の潜砂活動と産卵時刻の決定の関連を調べた。午前に採集したミツボシキュウセンの卵巣は潮汐性の卵巣発達を示し、満潮に向けて卵母細胞の成熟が進行した。生体外培養した卵巣片からの20β-Sの産生は満潮に向けて高くなり、このホルモンが卵成熟と関連を持つことが示唆された。ミツボシキュウセンを07:00、09:00、12:00、 14:00、および17:00の満潮に採集して卵巣を組織学的に観察した結果、午前から昼にかけての満潮(09:00および12:00)では産卵前の様相を呈して成熟期にある卵母細胞が観察されたが、午後の満潮(14:00および17:00)では産卵後の卵巣状態を示すものが多かった。これらの結果から、潜砂した魚が卵成熟を開始する環境刺激が夜の前半と後半では異なる可能性が考えられた。すなわち、夜間の前半では潮汐性の刺激が日周性の刺激よりも先に起こるため潮汐性が明確に現れて卵発達が進行するのに対し、夜間の後半では潮汐性の刺激が日周性の刺激よりも後に起こるため卵発達の進行は日周性が優先されるのかもしれない。人為的な潮汐を与えて産卵を誘導することを研究実施計画に盛り込んだ。しかし、採取後のミツボシキュウセンの潜砂活動が採集した個体によってばらつきが生じたため、日周活動が定常的に行われたのは産卵期間後にずれ込んでしまい、この点の解明には至らなかった。飼育条件を検討して再度挑戦したいと考えている。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"未公開：P.10以降(別刷論文のため)","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"研究報告書","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1617186643794":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522300295150":"ja","subitem_1522300316516":"竹村明洋"}]},"item_1617186702042":{"attribute_name":"Language","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1551255818386":"eng"}]},"item_1617186783814":{"attribute_name":"Identifier","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_type":"HDL","subitem_identifier_uri":"http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12000/16348"}]},"item_1617186920753":{"attribute_name":"Source
