17201006","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"平成17年度～平成18年度科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(A))研究成果報告書","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"研究概要：(平成18年度時点)1．サンゴ礁における炭酸系ダイナミクスを長期間連続計測できる装置（全炭酸－アルカリ度自動計測装置）を瀬底島サンゴ礁に設置して観測を始め、連続観測を行う事による以下に示す初期トラブルを解消した。(1)サンゴ礁の現場における潮の干満によって地下からの湧水の影響を無視できないことが判明したので、塩分補正回路を測定器に組み込んで自動補正できるようにした。(2)夏期における太陽日射が強いので測定器内の温度が顕著に上昇した。室外に水冷用の水盤を設置して改良した。(3)台風など後天時には、海底の砂を巻き上げた海水を揚水するので、計器内の調整槽に砂がたまってしまう。(4)測定器および現場の状況を把握するためにWebカメラを設置して、計測装置の状況を把握できるように改良した。（日本化学会西日本大会、2006年9月：沖縄にて発表） 2．サンゴ礁海水中のPCO_2濃度変動を年間を通して15分ごとに観測し、大気海洋間のフラックスをもとめた。一日ごとのCO_2収支をもとめ月ごとに積算した値は、2005年12月～2006年2月までは大気から海水への吸収を示したが、3月以降12月までは海水から大気への放出を示した。 3．またPCO_2の周期解析をおこなった結果、主要な周期は、13.66日（太陰半月周期）、25.92時間（主太陰周期）、24.09時間（主太陽日周潮）、12.41時間（主太陰半日日周潮）であった。それ以外にも8.19時間、6.21時間、6.10時間の周期も見られたが、これらは何に由来するものかはわからない。（日本化学会西日本大会（同上）にて発表） 4．サンゴによる代謝活動の2次元その場観察のために、中性子トモグラフィー基礎的な研究を、Hahn-Meitner研究所（ベルリン、9月）にておこなった。また瀬底島サンゴ礁における過去6年間の有機炭素生産の観測結果を総括して、国際サンゴ礁シンポジウムヨーロッパ会議（11^<th> ICRS at Bremen,2006,9月）にて発表。 5．サンゴ礁における化学物質のインパクトについてGoldshmidt国際会議（メルボルン、2006,6月）にて発表。
