D-glucosaccbaric acid is generally obtained from the D-glucose by the action of strong oxidizing agents. We obtained the D-glucose from search by the following method. Cation exchange resin Amberlite IR-120 is suspended stirring slowly at room temperature in 5 NaCl Solution. Then filtered, the filtrate is used as a hydrolysis reagent for pasty starch which is formerly made by adding water. The solution containing pasty starch is dealed with in an autoclave at 2 atmospheric pressure for 15min. and neutralized with anion exchange resin Amerlite IRA-410. In this way, obtained high good quality of D-glucose. Oxidized D-glucose with nitric acid by the common method, we obtained viscous D-glucosaccharic acid. Beside, by using nitric acid instead of hydrocbloric acid, hydrolysis and oxidation were continuously done at the same time. The result was good and given good quality of D-glucosaccbaric acid., 紀要論文}, pages = {26--30}, title = {デン粉よりのD-glucosaccharic acidの製造について} }
