The experiments were made on the boundary layer along a flat plate in a two-dimensional wind tunnel. The purpose of this experiments is to make the fundamental data, and discuss the effect of the ratio of its roughness element diameter K to the displacement thickness δ^* on the local value of the heat transfer coefficients in the transition region.
