 note = {We have studied correlation between long-wave downward radiation and greenhouse gases(CO_2 and H_2O)in the region of Japan. We found that the seasonal variation of water vapor are strongly correlated to that of long-wave downward radiation while the CO_2 concentration are uncorrelated to the long-wave downward radiation.The long-wave upperward radiations of H_2O and CO_2 are discussed by compairing the collision relaxation time and the re-radiation relaxation time of molecules., 紀要論文},
