In this research, we implemented a health program of 6 health guidance subjects with an average age of 46.7, which included a two-day and one-night trip to Okinawa. This program was composed of nutritional guidance, exercise guidance, and wellness activities to encourage behavior modification in the early stages of the specific health guidance as a measure against lifestyle-related diseases. We evaluated the changes in health awareness and actions from the start of the research before the trip to 6 months afterwards, using a behavioral change and a visual analog scale. In addition, we studied the possibility of establishing this health program as a holiday product, as well as other questions, through an oral survey. There was variety of changes of displayed by the research subjects in their dietary and motor behaviors directly after the trip. Opinions drawn from the results of oral survey indicated that research subjects could take part and enjoy the research program simply because it was a trip. The sample of people used in this research was small, so we can only comment on the results in a general sense. It will be necessary to gather more definitive research cases in the future., 紀要論文}, pages = {13--25}, title = {行動変容型旅行を組み込んだ特定保健指導プログラムの事例研究}, volume = {6}, year = {2014} }
