Participants in this study were 17 boys and 18 girls (stress management education class), and 16 boys and 14 girls (control class). The principal substance of this 7 times education was comprehension of stress theory, and relaxation practices. The effect of this education on the relationship between the education class and control class for stress response was ;1, stress response ;2, self efficacy of stress management and teachers evaluation of a school life of students. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1) Wilcoxon matched-paired signed-rank test revealed that the decrease of the stress management class was significant for the stress response 1(p<.001) and 2(p<.01). Similarly, 2) Wilcoxon matched-paired signed-rank test revealed that the tendency of increasing of stress management class was significant for the self efficacy of stress management (p=.096).3), the stress management class was not significant for the teachers evaluation of a school life of students, however, the decrease of control class was significant for the teachers evaluation of a school life of students. 4) Post education, 34 students (stress management class) have "feeling good", "enjoying studying", and "future learning interest".
