 note = {The purpose of this study was to analyze the factor structures of burnout in Junior high school, Sinior high school athlet's & Sinior high school baseball players by factor analysis. In addition, we published the relationships between Ahtletic Burnout Inventory (ABI) and Maudsley Personality Inventory (MPI) in Sinior high school baseball players. The results obtained were as follows; 1) The two factors of burnout were extracted by factor analysis in Junior high school, Sinior high school athlet's & Sinior high school baseball players. And then, cumulative contributions were 27.6% for Junior high school, 31.3% for Sinior high school athlet's and 35.5% for Sinior high school baseball players, respectively. 2) We understanded that Junior and Sinior high school athlet's were not burnout but suspected burnout. 3) The correlations (Peason r) of ABI for a score of Extravertion-Introvertion of MPI (r=0.37, p<.0l), and a score of Neuroticism of MPI (r=0.39, p<.01) were significant., 紀要論文},
