Investigation of the subject was a total of 162 students of the third year that belong to the public junior high school (men 86 students and women 76 students). The results were as follows: (a) The "stress response" indicates a significant decrease in the score, it showed a significant reduction in particular "fatigue" "stiff shoulders" "over-food and drink" among them. (b) There was no significant change for the total score of the "mood". And especially "motivation" and "intensive score" significant changes also was not observed.(c) For a subscale of the mood "tension", it showed a significant increase in scores after the intervention program. In conclusion, the practice of stress management programs of the high school entrance examination just before reduces the possibility of the physical stress response has been suggested.
