Museum"}]},"item_1617186626617":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では，平成27年度の実践が受講学生の受講前後段階での自己分析にどのような影響を及ぼしているのか，教員として求められる４つの事項の修得状況をどのように自己評価しているのか，一連の実践後の自己評価と他者評価の結果の差を検証するとともに平成24年度から平成27年度まで一連の実践で得られた学生の変容の経年変化や差異を検証した。あわせてこれまでの授業実践に対する学生の授業評価の結果から沖縄こどもの国と連携した行事企画・運営を教材とした教職実践演習を総括した。平成27年度の実践は，教育実践学専修に所属する７名の受講学生で実施された。これまでの実践よりも受講学生が少ないこともあり，受講学生はそれぞれ１つの企画を独自に担当し，担当した企画に対する全責任を自分１人で担う形で活動した。自己評価・他者評価に特徴が見られた３名はいずれも「協働すること」からそれぞれに\\n学びを深めていた。自己評価（事前）が最低の者は，同期や目上の立場の人間から自分の意見を否定されるのを恐れており，そこに課題があると認識していた。自己評価（事前）が最高の者は「仕事をこなす力」が身についたと認識する一方，もっと他人を頼ればより高いものに迫れたと「頼れなかった自分」を反省していた。他者評価（事後）が最高だった者は「頼ること」で高い目標に迫れたと認識していた。どの年度でも沖縄こどもの国と連携した教職実践研究・教職実践演習を履修することを通して，受講学生は教員として必要な能力をおおむね身につけていたと評価しており，概して他者評価の方が自己評価に比べて高い傾向が見られた。また，受講学生が単一専修・コースだけで構成されるよりも，複数の専修・コースで構成された方が，教育効果は高いこと，受講学生が企画・運営の表舞台に立つ機会が多いと責任感や使命感に対する認識に高まりが見られることが示唆された。学生による授業評価の分析結果から，沖縄こどもの国と連携した行事企画・運営を教材とした教職実践研究・教職実践演習は，他内容の教職実践研究・教職実践演習と比較して，受講生の授業評価が全体的に高く，受講学生にとって「良い授業」であったことが伺えた。本研究は，平成29年度に実施される琉球大学教育学部の改組後の教職実践演習の在り方を検討するというカリキュラム・マネジメントのための基礎資料として，その存在意義は大きいと考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"紀要論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1617186643794":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522300295150":"ja","subitem_1522300316516":"琉球大学大学院教育学研究科"}]},"item_1617186702042":{"attribute_name":"Language","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1551255818386":"jpn"}]},"item_1617186783814":{"attribute_name":"Identifier","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_type":"HDL","subitem_identifier_uri":"http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12000/36595"}]},"item_1617186920753":{"attribute_name":"Source
