As a result，they may become withdrawn，have reduced motivation to move forward，suffer from high levels of anxiety and psychological pain，refuse to interact with others outside the　family，or lose interest in learning. The “in-hospital lessons\" are designed to provide educational support to children staying at a hospital for long-term bed care and suffer from the uneasy situation physically and psychologically. One of the important roles for teachers assigned to visit these children is to build relationships with them，coordinating with family and medical staff to increase their ADL，which in turn encourages children to take more“voluntary initiatives\".
