Norie","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_30002_description9":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"琉球大学医学部保健学科における養護教諭養成カリキュラム改善の資料の1つとするため,平成26〜28年度の「教職実践演習(養護教諭)」の履修者12名が「まだ足りていないところ」と自己評価した点を整理し,教職に対する意識や自己課題を確認した。「まだ足りていないところ」として,「学校現場での経験」や「一人で保健室経営をする自信」,「他の教職員や保護者との関わり」,「学校現場で即応的に対応するための専門的知識」,「個々の子どもにあった方法や対応」や「表出していない子どもの情報をつかむ」が指摘された。救急処置のように知識や基本的技術は習得していても実際に現場で対応できるかどうかという部分での不安は見られたものの,特定の知識や技術が「不足している」という解答は見られなかった。一方,「満たしている・できている」こととして,「子どもの側に立つ姿勢」,「子どもへの情報提供」,「問題に向き合う姿勢」に関する記述が見られた。教職に就く者として場数を踏むことと常に自省することの大切さを養護教諭養成に関する講義の中でくり返し強調してきたことで,学びつづける姿勢が身に付いていることを確認できた。「養護実習以外の学校現場体験を,養護教諭となるための専門科目群の学びとどのように融合させて提供するのか」ということの具体化や,「身に付けた専門的知識を場面に応じて教育職員として協同(協働)しながら適切に用いていく能力育成を志向した場面設定」が今後の養護教諭養成カリキュラムの改善に向けて示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"紀要論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_30002_file35":{"attribute_name":"File","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","filename":"No91p195.pdf","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"objectType":"fulltext","url":"https://u-ryukyu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2008777/files/No91p195.pdf"},"version_id":"6dd3d973-07e5-4103-a39a-7e97be16d5cc"}]},"item_30002_identifier16":{"attribute_name":"Identifier","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_type":"HDL","subitem_identifier_uri":"http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12000/37250"}]},"item_30002_language12":{"attribute_name":"Language","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_30002_publisher10":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"琉球大学教育学部","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_30002_resource_type13":{"attribute_name":"Resource
