Among these Taiwanese immigrants, if sorted by their birthplace, people from Zhanghua County accounted for 51.86% of the total number of immigration, which was ranked first, while people from Nantou County and former Taizhong County were ranked second and third. It is first time ever that details of immigration from colonial Taiwan to Nagura-Takeda area became clear. However, there is a great gap between the number of immigration on the list and that on the previous research. It shows that the list of immigration recorded by Ishigaki town office doesn’t give the whole picture of immigration to Nagura-Takeda area from colonial Taiwan., 紀要論文}, pages = {1--18}, title = {植民地統治期台湾から石垣島名蔵・嵩田地区への移動について : 石垣町役場作成の寄留簿の分析を通じて}, year = {2013} }
