Design and Methods: The teachers were grouped into eight groups of five members randomly and discussed the two case studies and a representative of each group gave presentation. They also wrote their experiences on school safety and risk management in their schools. Results: Teachers’ responds and preventions to heat strokes of students during extracurricular activities are categorized into 11 such as water and salt supply, health management, practice ingenuity, and so on. Teachers’ behavior to secure safety at schools are categorized into 5 such as safety check, security guidance, information sharing among teachers, and so on. Implications: The school safety and risk management are essential for students to enjoy their school life and teachers should pay much attention to school safety.
