Board, who was a sailor on Perry's Fleet. At the time(1854), in retaliation to Board's  violence towards the women and elderly, he was struck to death with stones by the citizens of Naha. This is known as the Board incident. Perry asked for the offender to be handed over, but in the end he left punishment up to the Shuri Government. Tokeji, Kama was taken to be the only offender in this case.
