Includes a letter from Matsumo, Tousou who was the Shuri Ooyako to the yoriki(a follower) of Prince Yonagusuku. The letter contained his greetings to the Prince, his thanks for the gifts bestowed on him and his report after taking the position of Shuri Ooyako. There was also a letter addressed to the Yoriki of Oyakata Fukuyama, Oyakata Ginowan and Oyakata Yonabaru with similar contents to the previous.
