They were all in the position of Kousaku Hissha (writer for cultivation) and Oohama, Niya was one of them. The records included their family names, the village they were responsible for, age and their Ryukyuan names. In terms of distinguished services, there were records on Chikakinsei (accumulation of days employed) from Yaeyama, Gohoubijou(letters of praise) from the Shuri Government and Joukoku (official trips to mainland Okinawa).
